Spring is here and right now everyone is worried about how they’re going to look in their bikini or swimming trunks when summer gets here.
If you want to lose weight, tone up, get in shape, lose some inches, or whatever your fitness goals may be, you’re more than welcome to do it with me! It’s been proven that people stick to their fitness goals much better when they have the extra added motivation and support from others that are like-minded.
Unfortunately, a lot of people out there don’t have someone to workout, diet or get in shape with. That’s why I’m inviting you to go on this journey with me. I don’t care if you read this post 10 days from now or 10 years from now, you can join in on this journey with me at any time.
This is for people that want to get fit and will never be judged negatively by someone. There will be no negativity on this journey — only support. You don’t even have to give out your name.
So, how do you become a part of this journey?
Just simply make a commitment that you want to get in shape and stick to it. That’s it.
Every day, except for on Sundays, because those are my cheat days, I’m going to do a new video on YouTube, which will basically be a way of “checking in.” In the video, I’ll let you all know that I exercised and ate clean for the day. This video will represent a form of accountability for me, because if I don’t upload a video, I probably messed up and didn’t follow through with my fitness goals for the day.
Now, here’s the part where you come in. Every day, when I upload the video, if you’ve joined in on this fitness journey, you can do any of the following:
Subscribe to the YouTube Channel – If you want in on the journey, you should really subscribe to The Trend Guys YouTube Page, so we can all stay connected on this journey. That way, you’ll be able to “check-in.”
LIKE the Video – This will be sort of a head count / check in and will let everyone know how many people are part of the journey. Think of it like a roll call in school when you had to raise your hand and let the teacher know you were there. I hope the number of likes continues to go up over time, because that will let me know that more people are joining the journey. If the numbers go down, that means some people gave up on their fitness goals.
Leave a Comment Below the Video – This is optional, but if you want to leave your thoughts, opinions, questions, etc… You could leave a comment on the video. I love connecting with my readers, so don’t ever be shy if you want to comment on a video.
Join the Forums (It’s Free) – Now this would be a great way for all of us to connect. Sign up for an account on The Trend Guys Forum. It’s completely free, takes less than a minute and we can have more

Make a Response Video – If you want, you could make a response video to my daily fitness check-in on YouTube. It’s also a way to document your own progress on film That way, we can take a look back and see where we all came from.
When do we start?
I’m personally going to start the journey right now. I’ve eaten clean today and I’m also going to exercise at some point. You can join in whenever you like. I’d be ultra-stoked if you joined in today.
Do I need anything to participate?
I would just suggest that you eat clean and do some form of exercise on a daily basis, except for on your cheat day. I would suggest a cheat day, so you don’t completely burn yourself out and you give your body a day of rest. I’ve personally chosen Sunday as my cheat day, because that’s typically my laziest day.
If you need help figuring out what you should eat or how you should exercise, you can feel free to ask for help on the forum.
How should I prepare for this journey? (Optional)
Weigh yourself – I would personally suggest getting on the scale and weighing yourself. I would suggest only weighing yourself once a month, because your weight is going to fluctuate and it can be discouraging at times.
Take a picture of yourself – Take a picture of how you look now. Trust me, later on, when you look back at this picture, you’re going to be absolutely amazed at how far you’ve come.
