Rob Thomas brought back his beloved Veronica Mars characters for an all-new mystery in his novelized sequel to the Veronica Mars movie, The Thousand Dollar Tan Line. The book was co-written by Thomas and Jennifer Graham and is published by Vintage Books. While there’s something to love for any fan of Veronica Mars, the story line is gritty and fast-paced, which should also please any fans of mystery or noir fiction. Emerald City Comic Con 2014: A Review

Thousands of fans of comics, movies, and TV followed the yellow brick road this weekend and braved Seattle’s rainy weather to attend the 2014 Emerald City Comic Con.

While the official attendance numbers aren’t in yet, officials say it was in the thousands and that it will likely eclipse 2013’s numbers, which stood at about 64,000 attendees. The con, which is now in its 11th year, began in 2003 and is considered the premiere fan event for the Pacific Northwest, drawing artists, vendors, tabletop gamers, and cosplayers from all over the country and even the world.

Earlier in the week, there were rumors circulating around the web that Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis are expecting their first child together. Not too long ago, Kutcher and Kunis were rumored to be engaged,and Kunis was sporting a very large diamond ring on her left hand.
